August 2, 2024For A Stronger Alumni Community, Gwagwalada Chairman Backs Dr. Ali
The All Progressive Congress Chairman, Gwagwalada LGA, Hon. Ahmed Baba who is also the Chairman, APC Chairmen's Forum in FCT, Abuja has endorsed Comr. Ali Jude, Ph.D. for President, University of Abuja Alumni Association, 2024 elections.
Baba highlighted some of the challenges of the Alumni, and he stressed that the coming of Ali for the president is timely and divine". He adjured the ebullient Comr. Ali to remain focused and employ issue-based campaigns.
The versatile Chairman expressed satisfaction with the candidature of Ali and his campaign manifesto. He said "UofA, Gwagwalada Alumni Association needs a young prolific leader who could harness the challenges of students and the host environment for the overall development of the institution, the host community and the nation at large"
He made the endorsement alongside other Alumni members and the members of the council at his LGA Secretariat at Gwagwalada, Abuja.
